Ashlee Care Home is situated on Nottingham Road in Long Eaton.  

We are a twenty one bed care home, registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). There are 19 single rooms, some en suite and one shared double room. 

The aim of Ashlee Care Home is to provide an environment that all clients can regard as their own home. We recognise that Ashlee Care Home must be run to meet the needs of our clients and their wishes are paramount. We at Ashlee Care Home offer care that is of the highest standard and is tailored to meet individuals specific wishes and choices. These choices will be respected and honoured at all times.

All of the rooms are centrally heated and are connected to a nurse call system. The décor and furnishings are maintained to a high standard so as to provide attractive and comfortable living conditions. 

There are two lounges, a conservatory, a dining room and a lush garden area where residents and visitors can spend time during summer months. To the rear of the property, there are parking spaces for visitors. We are very happy to announce that we have an onsite Cafe for our residents and their families to enjoy onsite.

Various activities are organised within the home, such as art and exercise classessinging and dancing. We do realise that one size does not fit all hence we tailor make activities as per the wishes of our residents. Other facilities such as hairdressing, chiropody and community nurses regularly visit the home. Group trips are organised and supervised by the staff for all residents who wish to take part. 

Above all, we here at Ashlee Care Home will strive to create a home, where in comfort, safety and security, the client can be the individual that they have always been. We will offer support to help maximise the personal potential of each individuals needs.

Peace of Mind

We have installed nurse call monitoring system for that extra bit of safety. This system detects and alerts the staff for any signs of distress and will help us to provide assistance quickly. It also means that our residents can be kept safe throughout the night. 

Another technology we have introduced to increase levels of safety, is an electronic medication system which works on a barcode basis and greatly reduces errors that occur in other paper based methods. We are administering medication from residents’ bedrooms so our chances of making mistakes are negligible.

he you choose to reside here at Ashlee Care Home we welcome you to bring along your own pieces of furniture and personal momentos to make the bedroom feel more familiar and ease the transition of the move. 

At no extra cost we arrange for an interior designer to work with you to re-decorate the room to your exacting taste. This includes wallpapering, curtains, bedding etc.

We fit all of the rooms with the latest low profile mobility beds which can be raised or lowered to your desired position providing you with additional comfort and independence as well as premium comfort and support.
